We are looking for a barista with management potential who can quickly move

up into a part-time management position.

Ideal candidates will be:

* energetic, friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

* self-motivated and detail-oriented.

* have good memory skills (recipes for the drinks we serve will need to be learned by heart).

* have positive attitude at all times, even during fast-paced and stressful situations.

* be goal-oriented and have abilities and desire to move upward into management positions.

* able to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.

* have great customer service skills.

* previous management experience a plus.

* ability to be responsible for register drawer while on management duty (count and balance the drawer).

* be directly accountable to the owner/operators.

* be able to follow procedures with a good attitude.

* while working in the manager role, must be able to oversee, take responsibility for and be accountable for barista on duty.
